If we reach 12 women
Once the twelfth seat is filled, applications close for Cohort 2. Additional applicants are reviewed in the order received and offered a place on the Cohort 3 priority waitlist — with the option to be invited first if a Cohort 2 seat opens before kickoff.

- What happens if more than 12 women apply?
- Cohort 2 is capped at 12 seats. Applications are read in the order received. Once twelve women are accepted, applications close and any further applicants are placed on the Cohort 3 priority waitlist. If an accepted woman withdraws before kickoff in July 2026, the next waitlisted applicant is invited in.
- How are the 12 selected?
- Every application is read personally by Phetso. Selection is based on readiness, fit with the Circle's intention, and ability to commit to the full six months — not on a first-come-first-served basis alone.
- When does Cohort 2 start?
- July 2026, running through December 2026. You'll receive your kickoff workshop date and 1:1 scheduling link as soon as your seat is confirmed.
- What if I'm offered a seat but can't commit right now?
- You can defer to Cohort 3 without losing your place. Just let us know within 7 days of your offer — before you secure your seat. Once payment is made and your seat is confirmed, it is non-refundable and the contract is binding for the full six months.
- Can I pay monthly?
- Yes. The investment is BWP 1,600 per month with a 6-month commitment. Payment details are shared with your acceptance. Please note: once you secure your seat, your place is non-refundable and you are committing to the full six-month contract.
- Is my payment refundable?
- No. Once you secure your seat, your payment is non-refundable and the contract is binding for the full six months of the cohort. This protects the integrity of the small group and your fellow members' experience. Please apply only if you can fully commit.
